I visited on Friday night at 7:30 PM. The table seats were about 90% full, so it's safer to make a reservation. I used this restaurant when it first opened last year, but this time, almost a year later, the staff's service was certainly more polished. However, compared to the Oizumigakuen location I visited this summer, the spaciousness of this store allows for a more relaxed experience, but the lack of energy from the staff is noticeable. The meat is of good quality and reasonably priced, and it is comparable to Sanyo near Musashiseki station in this area. However, the roaster here has a unique heat adjustment, and at first, it was clearly underpowered, which unfortunately affected the grilling of the tongue. This time, the wagyu upper loin and thick-cut kalbi were delicious. The Hakata jidori harami had a sense of being somewhat lacking in both volume and texture. A year ago, the rice, which is one of their selling points, was disappointing in terms of cooking, but that has improved, and I enjoyed it. At the Oizumigakuen location, there is a lemon sour server at each table, and many customers were taking advantage of this 'all-you-can-drink' option, which was the source of the restaurant's liveliness. However, at this Sekimach location, it is only occasionally available for a limited time. (In exchange, fresh lemon sour is always 90 yen!) Since this place was taken over from another yakiniku restaurant, the structure of the store makes it difficult to install table servers, but I feel like there should be some additional feature. For two people eating and drinking, it was just over 10,000 yen, and overall, the quality, quantity, and price were satisfactory, but the spaciousness and high ceiling of the store did create a slight mismatch with the direction of the restaurant.
