In a store with beautiful wood grain and a calming atmosphere, you can relax in slippers instead of shoes. First, you are served soba tea and a wet towel, which is a comforting hospitality. The hand-cut noodles have character, and you can subtly feel their aroma and flavor. The cold soba conveys its taste and texture, and the warm bowl is also satisfying. The dipping sauce for the duck has a sweetness, and when diluted with soba broth, it can be enjoyed deliciously until the end. The tempura, with shrimp and squid of substantial size, was enjoyable even amidst the bustling popularity.
