Lunch course of 10 pieces. Fresh and wordless delicacies while watching the master's techniques! It was a luxurious time. And with mozuku miso soup included, 4,000 yen including tax? We chose this restaurant to entertain our friends from Tokyo and Osaka, and they were all very impressed. I would definitely like to visit again.

A beautiful interior with a homely master, mother, and wife. It was a wonderful shop that cherishes the customers' origins and backgrounds, weaving them into each moment. The prices were very reasonable, and it became one of the best memories of my trip.

Kanazawa [Sushi Osamu I visited the newly opened Sushi Osamu for lunch a little behind Omemachi Market. The restaurant used to be a popular restaurant in Nanao City, but has moved to a new location. I had an omakase course of mainly fish from Noto. I recommend this restaurant if you want to eat authentic sushi near Omimachi Market.

I was so impressed by the beautiful hands of the chef who rhythmically made sushi, and the sushi, one by one, placed on the bowl, was so delicious that even the fish I had not liked to eat changed my concept of what it could be. I enjoyed the taste of each fish to the fullest. I will visit again. Thank you very much for the food.

The restaurant and kitchen were clean and safe. The distance between customers was also good. Needless to say, the neta was delicious, but what made me most happy was the small size of the rice. The neta is also rather small, but it is well-balanced and personally satisfying. It may not be enough for those who are young and want to eat with gusto. The price is quite reasonable and I would like to use it again.
