Homemade Ramen Muginae
♦︎ Omorikaigan Station (Tokyo)
5 minute walk from Omorikaigan Station.
A very famous ramen restaurant selected as The Tabelog Award Bronze and one of the 100 best restaurants on the food log.
It is rare for a ramen restaurant to be selected for The Tabelog Award (and consecutively).
People often wait in line for more than two hours to try Muginae's ramen.
Mugimiao's concept is "no chemical seasoning at all.
No chemical seasonings or yeast extracts are used,
The soup is made without using any chemical seasonings or yeast extracts, and is made with soup stock derived from natural ingredients, which gives the soup a deep flavor that gradually permeates the mouth.
The light broth is combined with homemade noodles and delicious ingredients to create an exquisite taste that cannot be achieved with extracts.
There are only 9 seats at the counter.
The restaurant does not use any chemical seasonings, so the flavors are carefully prepared. Therefore, the turnover rate is not good.
I myself had to wait in line for more than 2 hours when I visited on a Sunday.
However, I can assure you that it is worth the wait.
Menu
♦Special soy sauce ramen: 1,100 yen
Korocha gohan (rice) 350 yen
This is the "royal road" of soy sauce ramen.
It is the ultimate in simplicity, using nothing extra, extracting flavor from natural ingredients.
The soup has a complex thickness and richness that cannot be achieved with chemical seasonings, making you want to drink it forever.
It is also very delicate, and the three kinds of chashu (pork) and noodles are perfectly matched with each other.
It is memorable and unforgettable.
It is truly the ultimate culinary experience.
It is so delicious that I am no longer at a loss for words to describe it.
I can assure you that it is worth waiting in line for two hours.
If you like ramen, you must try it.
Thank you very much.
