Located in Sanbu City, Chiba Prefecture, this restaurant offers the best of both worlds with grilled meat and ramen. The light tonkotsu broth of Nagahama ramen pairs beautifully with a wide variety of grilled meat options, all set in a cozy atmosphere that is perfect for families.
The meat was tender and delicious. The ramen after the grilled meat was just the right amount and filled me up moderately. Next time, I think I will try the curry and dumplings as well.
The popular yakiniku restaurant in Narita has become independent as a ramen shop, and I have been taken care of since its opening. At Maruei, they also started serving yakiniku, and I believe the deliciousness of their hormone dishes (especially the throat cartilage, which I particularly like) is second to none. As expected. I think the only places in Chiba where you can eat authentic Nagahama tonkotsu ramen are Maruei, Moriya in Matsudo, and Fukufuku. Nowadays, the area between Togane and Narita is a fierce ramen battleground, but the ramen shop I always think I want to go to is Maruei Ramen. A house-style ramen shop has opened nearby, but I hope they can keep up the good work and not lose. It had been a while, but I was happy to meet the husband and wife owners. Please take care of yourselves and keep up the good work from now on!
I have been going here for over 20 years since it opened. I currently live in Tokyo, but whenever I return to my hometown, I always make sure to stop by. I prefer Maruei Ramen over Adachi's ○○ store. I will continue to support you forever♪
The ramen has a very good smell and taste.
I'm happy that I can eat this ramen in the Kanto region.
The grilled meat is also cheap and delicious.
No complaints!
I visited for the first time. I was in the mood for meat, so I ordered yakiniku without hesitation. The premium beef tongue was of good quality, tender, and very delicious. The seasoning was to my liking, and just a little lemon juice was enough to enhance the flavor. The kalbi was thick yet tender and easy to eat, and it was very juicy. Above all, the cost performance was great! I was surprised at how much food came for this price! I was full. The coffee jelly for dessert was also delicious. If I had to say one thing, it was a shame that the affogato was sold out... I want to try it next time.
I have been going there occasionally for a while, but when I went this time, the ordering method had changed to QR code. I personally think this QR method is not very convenient for customers. Especially at this point, after the COVID-19 pandemic, I am not impressed that the store has adopted this approach, even if it is part of their management policy. With the opening of a second store, it seems to be a way to reduce labor costs, but being able to see the entire menu at a glance is very beneficial for customers. However, the number of items on the menu has decreased, and despite the introduction of QR codes, the inability to make credit card payments significantly lowers the evaluation. The taste is delicious, though. It's a shame.
Incredibly delicious
It has a solid pork bone flavor, but it's not too heavy,
with a lightness that makes it just right.
It doesn't fall short of the famous pork bone ramen shops in Fukuoka, and I might even prefer Maruei Ramen, so I definitely want ramen lovers to give it a try.
There is a sense of world view. The ramen is delicious, but it's nice that there are many menu options. It would be even better if there were salad-like items in addition to cabbage. The grilled meat, stews, ramen, and dumplings are all delicious. There are also a decent variety of sweets.
