The combination of the first small plates is harmonious, and it excites me from the very beginning. The tomato-based noodle dish brings out the flavors of seafood and vegetables very well. The handmade pasta has a pleasant texture and is deliciously addictive. The squid ink fritters, although they look pitch black, have no burnt smell and pair well with the seaweed sauce and tomatoes. The main pork dish has a sweet richness from the fat, and by the time I finish eating, I am very satisfied. The finishing dessert is refreshing and pairs well with coffee, and the beautiful presentation of each plate leaves a lasting impression.
