Inside, the light wood grain and white walls create a refreshing atmosphere, allowing for a calm and relaxing experience. For lunch, there is a variety of options including steak, shabu-shabu, and hamburgers, making it hard to choose. The hamburger can be kept warm on the table with a heat source, and it's fun to adjust the cooking level yourself. The steak has a wonderful charcoal aroma, and the meat is tender, allowing the flavors to come through well. The chawanmushi (steamed egg custard), sashimi, soup, and dessert are all carefully prepared, and the flow of the entire course was delightful.
