I went there for the first time in a while. The menu had expanded, and I was at a loss for what to eat, but the miso was delicious, so I couldn't go wrong with any choice. There were customers coming in continuously, but since I had a reservation, I was able to enjoy my meal smoothly and make good use of the time afterward. I'm grateful that they accepted my reservation.

Fui a celebrar nuestro aniversario de bodas.
Al entrar en el interior del restaurante, que estaba perfectamente decorado,
me quedé cautivado por la historia de la señora Kuroyanagi,
y mientras me servían una variedad de pescados especiales...
Todos estaban increíblemente deliciosos,
y el sake que acompañamos combinaba a la perfección,
saliendo del restaurante envuelto en una sensación de felicidad.
Al pensar en el trabajo y la dedicación de los muchos artesanos que prepararon el sushi frente a mí, me emocioné aún más.
Aquí, definitivamente hay que disfrutar del sushi y del trabajo de los artesanos.
Disfruté de la sensación de ser un conocedor, como en 'Oishinbo' o 'Osen'.
