The batter is crispy and flavorful, and the combination of avocado and salted kelp is surprisingly exquisite. The interior is centered around a counter, and the healthy kushiage, made with rice oil, is easy on the stomach and pairs wonderfully with drinks.
A cake shop in the neighborhood that I've been going to since elementary school. They have a wide variety of cakes, and the prices are reasonable. The crepe roll, in particular, is filled with plenty of fruit and fresh cream, making it very satisfying. They are famous for their freshly baked cheesecake, which is, of course, delicious. The whole peach tart usually sells out if you don't go in the morning.

Additionally, you can enjoy a variety of dishes made with fresh seafood and rice sourced from contracted farmers.
The interior is bright with colorful tones, and flowers are placed here and there, uplifting the mood. There are also antique-style accessories, creating a calm and relaxing space. The rice flour tart is fragrant and light, and the combination of sea urchin and ricotta is irresistible. The bite-sized burger features moist Hida chicken, and the more you chew, the more flavor you experience. The salmon has a crispy skin and fluffy flesh, cooked to perfection. I felt it had a hidden gem atmosphere, easily accessible by walking from the station, and it was convenient with parking available.
I used it for lunch on a weekday. There were several types of lunch menus, and they all looked delicious, but I had the quiche. I also ordered a tart for dessert, and both were delicious. Next time, I want to go again to try a different menu.

The stir-fried greens and water spinach have a crisp texture, and their aroma whets the appetite. The lotus root chips have a light texture, making them an irresistible snack. Each dish reflects careful preparation, and I was satisfied with the lineup that naturally encouraged me to enjoy more drinks.
