There is a sense of openness that is hard to believe is underground, and it is a comfortable place to spend time. Both the counter and tables are easy to sit at, and they have private rooms, making it very convenient. The appetizers, which incorporate French elements, showcased homemade items and carefully prepared sauces. The scallops and turnips in butter sauce were rich but not too heavy, and the changes in flavor were enjoyable. The shrimp and tomato Genovese had a pleasant aroma of basil and a nice texture from the Kujo green onions, and the presentation was beautiful. The quality of the food, drinks, atmosphere, and service felt refined, making it perfect for special occasions.
I was invited by a friend to dinner. We had the dinner course and were very satisfied with all the dishes. The lobster in pie was especially delicious. The flavor of the lobster was soaked into the pie crust and I could taste the shrimp everywhere I ate. The buttery flavor of the pie and the umami of the lobster were a perfect match.

You can see female customers and couples, making it a casual and enjoyable place. The assorted skewers and the grilled pork and asparagus skewers are fragrant, and everything is delicious. The dashimaki is sweet and fluffy, and it has become my favorite. The Caesar salad has a nutty flavor, which makes it a fun change from the usual. The sea urchin tofu is smooth like a dessert, and the fish ball soup, ankimo ponzu, and grilled stingray fin were all satisfying. The staff are friendly and have a good attitude, and you can thoroughly enjoy the dessert platter as well.
