The slightly sweet demi-glace sauce blends well with the meat juices, making it so delicious that you want to savor the sauce as well. There are sets that come with rice, miso soup, and pickles as a main course, as well as sets that include vegetables, drinks, and small desserts, which greatly enhance satisfaction.
