¿El dueño del restaurante? Un hombre muy amable, estaba hablando sobre las golondrinas en la entrada. Al entrar, el lado izquierdo tenía las mesas muy juntas, lo que generaba una sensación de ruido y no era cómodo. Hoy me senté en el lado derecho y, bueno, pude hablar con tranquilidad, así que le di 4 estrellas. La pasta y la ensalada son excelentes, el café es en una taza pequeña pero puedes pedir más y es muy bueno. A pesar de ser un día de semana, había muchos clientes, así que debe ser un lugar popular. ¡Gracias por la comida!

In a calm neo-izakaya near Kisarazu Station, I was excited by the stylish music and cleanliness the moment I opened the door. The seating is compact, but the lighting is just right, creating an atmosphere where you can leisurely enjoy food and drinks. The signature dish, Akita beef roast, is cooked to perfection, with the tender red meat's flavor gently spreading. The Caesar salad with grilled lettuce has a warm yet crisp texture, providing a very fresh surprise. The potato salad with firefly squid and the grilled Spanish mackerel highlight the quality of the ingredients, making it easy to enjoy sake and shochu. Everything, including the rich cheesecake for dessert, was highly satisfying, and I believe this is the first place to consider when looking for delicious food in Kisarazu.

Upon entering, I am greeted warmly, and my mood lifts right from the start. I can see the chef grilling over charcoal from behind the counter, and just the aroma makes me happy. The grilled chicken has the perfect balance of saltiness and doneness, the liver is creamy and free of any unpleasant smell, and the bonjiri (chicken tail) is plump and juicy. When mixed with the egg yolk, the tsukune (chicken meatball) overflows with meat juices, which is irresistible. The simmered beef tendon is tender, and the egg soaked in the flavors is also excellent. The Nagoya Cochin and Amakusa Daisuke chickens are rich in umami and have a firm texture, providing satisfaction with every bite.

I love Sri Lankan cuisine, and I was able to experience authentic flavors here as well. When you mix the ingredients in the curry and eat it, the aroma and umami spread all at once, which is delightful. The fish curry had a perfect balance of acidity and spices, leaving a strong impression on me. The daily side dishes varied, and everything paired well, including the bean soup, sweet and spicy stir-fried onions, and radish salad. The dessert pudding was simple yet delicious, and the orange tapioca soup had a mysterious flavor that is addictive. Outside, there is a terrace section separated by a fence, making it comfortable to spend time, and the staff's service is warm.

As expected from the famous restaurant in Kisarazu. At 6:30 PM, all other seats were already full. Every dish from the appetizer was delicious, and since we were so engrossed in conversation, we couldn't order much more... I thought I would definitely come back again.
