I love Sri Lankan cuisine, and I was able to experience authentic flavors here as well. When you mix the ingredients in the curry and eat it, the aroma and umami spread all at once, which is delightful. The fish curry had a perfect balance of acidity and spices, leaving a strong impression on me. The daily side dishes varied, and everything paired well, including the bean soup, sweet and spicy stir-fried onions, and radish salad. The dessert pudding was simple yet delicious, and the orange tapioca soup had a mysterious flavor that is addictive. Outside, there is a terrace section separated by a fence, making it comfortable to spend time, and the staff's service is warm.

The atmosphere in the restaurant and the tableware are elegant, and I felt excited the moment I sat down. Each of the first appetizers showed creativity, raising my expectations for the following dishes. The smooth dish made with pumpkin and the lightly cooked amberjack were particularly impressive. The red snapper had a crispy skin and a wonderful aroma, allowing me to enjoy the lingering taste of the sea. The homemade bread pairs well with butter and oil, making it hard to stop eating. The attentive service was also pleasant, and I felt completely satisfied even with the final small sweets.
