In a calm space with only a counter, the presence of the open kitchen is pleasant. The appearance is neat, but the flavors of the dashi and white miso gently overlap, leaving a soft aftertaste. When you break the croquette that captures the umami of corn, a creamy soup comes out, making you smile involuntarily. The white fish is fluffy from the charcoal grill, and the meat is slightly pink in the center, showcasing excellent cooking skills. Both types of bread have a wonderful aroma, pair perfectly with the dishes, and the appearance of the butter is beautiful, making you swoon. The experience of pairing delicate dishes with craft gin cocktails was also refreshing, and I felt the interesting aspect of pairing.
