I chose the selection of the restaurant. I had driven here before, but this time we met at the Omono station and headed to the restaurant. I was anxious, but when I entered the restaurant, my mom greeted me with a bright smile. We were shown to a table at the far end of the restaurant. First, we toasted with draft beer. The Shrimp Shiso Maki was a dish of plump shrimp wrapped in fragrant shiso, and it was delicious from the start. The onions were crispy and sweet. The juvenile ayu fish was a dish unique to this season, with a refreshing bitterness that was delicious. The Inca no mezame was a yellow sweet potato that was crunchy and sweet. The quail was also very cute.
