Although the quantity is small, the sushi rice and the quality of the conger eel and shrimp are definitely appreciated. Dishes are inventive and include three kinds of appetizers, such as lotus root with ume plum paste and Sakagoe asari clams stir-fried with butter. We recommend this restaurant.

It is just a short walk from the station, and you can easily park in front of the store, making access convenient. There are smokeless roasters at the seats, allowing you to grill comfortably without worrying about smoke. The beef tongue and offal, as well as the short ribs and skirt steak, all have a vibrant red color that made me excited even before grilling. Dipping the meat alternately in two types of sauces, one sweet and one tangy, added variety to the flavor, making the rice go down easily. The interior is clean and lively, and the staff, who seemed busy, were always cheerful, making for a pleasant experience. The grilled offal udon I ordered to finish was fragrant and made for the perfect conclusion.

Pedí un moderno okonomiyaki con yakisoba, y la cantidad de camarones pequeños, calamares y almejas peladas estaba justo bien y me dejó satisfecho. El filete de pescado blanco fresco se podía comer fácilmente con mayonesa con ponzu, y estaba muy delicioso. La opción de disfrutar de seis ingredientes con tres salsas también fue divertida, y la textura del calamar gigante y del cerdo Chami fue impresionante. El ponzu de yuzu y la mayonesa ponzu combinan bien con todos los ingredientes, y la anguila cocida tiene un sabor sutil y elegante. El onigiri a la plancha está hecho con arroz cocido en caldo, y está asado de manera crujiente, además la mantequilla no es pesada, lo cual es bueno.
