This shop is located on the second floor of a butcher's and has a comfortable, calm atmosphere. The quality of the meat is high, and I was particularly impressed by the tongue, harami, and kalbi. In addition to miso sauce and salt sauce, you can enjoy the differences in flavor with a variety of salts. The tongue with plenty of green onions has a great texture, and the subtle sweetness of the tongue with plum and shiso is interesting. When combined with kimchi, lettuce, shiso, and miso, the flavors complement each other well, and I found myself naturally reaching for my chopsticks. I was also able to thoroughly enjoy the sesame leaf rice balls, oxtail soup, and even the prosciutto and cheese.

The tables between customers are at a comfortable distance, so there's no need to worry, and the ordered menu items come out quickly. I had the most popular Sanuki jidori chicken, which was softer than I expected and had less greasiness. It pairs well with rice balls. Above all, the staff were cheerful, and the chef's beaming smile was wonderful. It was worth coming from far away. I would like to stop by again if I can.

It had been a while since my last visit, and the private room was much more relaxed than when I came before, so my husband and I were able to enjoy the grilled meat slowly. The meat was just as delicious as before. Thank you for the meal. I only realized that the water was self-service just before leaving when I asked. I thought it would have been kind if they had mentioned it when I arrived. I didn't notice it even though it was right at the entrance, so I felt bad about that... But the service from the staff was very good, so it was a bit disappointing.
