Probé por primera vez un tipo de plato llamado Coquille, que es cocina francesa. Puede que sea una simplificación, pero es un plato que tiene gratén dentro de un pan, y puedes elegir entre dos tipos: pan francés o pan de molde. Hay muchas variedades de Coquille, incluyendo mariscos, carne, curry y queso, lo que me hizo dudar de manera divertida.
El sabor no era demasiado fuerte, con una salsa blanca suave que tenía ingredientes como camarones y queso, y el pan de molde era de un tamaño tipo caja, lo que le daba buen volumen, pero era tan suave que entraba fácilmente en el estómago y estaba delicioso.
Visité el lugar durante el almuerzo, y el plato de Coquille venía con ensalada y bebida, todo por un precio amigable de 1200 yenes, lo que me dejó satisfecho con el almuerzo.
Era un día de semana, pero estaba casi lleno, así que creo que sería bueno que las personas que vayan en grupo lleguen al abrir o hagan una reserva.
