The atmosphere is clean and relaxed. The dishes are carefully prepared, with just the right amount of salt, and everything is delicious. The crispy river shrimp caught upstream had no odor, and the meat was packed tightly, which was impressive. In addition to bonito tataki and eel, you can also enjoy sake from Kochi and chestnut shochu. The selection of classic small plates is also substantial, and I was satisfied with the salad, French fries, and burdock sticks. The staff are easy to talk to and provide a lot of information, making it a naturally relaxing experience.
