La visita fue un lunes de junio. Llegué justo a tiempo a las 11 de la mañana, pero ya había más de diez clientes esperando fuera del restaurante. (El restaurante no quería que la gente hiciera fila, así que había un cartel que decía 'Por favor, no haga fila'. A las 11 abrieron y los clientes con reserva fueron llevados al salón en el segundo piso (mesas). El segundo piso es amplio, con cerca de 20 mesas, y puede acomodar a unas 80 personas. Pedí el donburi de kinme, que es un plato típico del restaurante, del menú de almuerzo que se centra en el kinme. El plato incluía cuatro piezas de kinme a la parrilla, cuatro piezas de sashimi de kinme con la piel quemada y sashimi de pescado fresco. Esto venía acompañado de sopa de pescado, caldo para el té y encurtidos. Por 2200 yenes, es muy barato. El pago es principalmente en efectivo, aunque se puede usar PayPay. (No se aceptan tarjetas de crédito).
