I went with my dog, and the pet-friendly room was very clean and had a great atmosphere. The manager and the staff were kind, friendly, and nice to the dog, and even before we had our meal, I thought, 'I'm glad I came here.'
The recommended Agu pork sausage and charcoal-grilled Miyazaki chicken were especially delicious (^ ^). The manager mentioned, 'It might take a little time to serve today,' but it was super fast. Thank you for your consideration!
The prices are a bit on the higher side, but it was a place I would like to visit again.

The dashi oozed out deliciously, and the plump eggs were truly tasty, making me feel like I was having a breakfast at a ryokan! It was really delicious! The white dashi omelet was surprisingly white... My grandparents, whom I brought along, were also amazed! They were very satisfied, and I'm glad I took them with me!

I made a reservation for the omakase course for four family members. The dishes using seasonal ingredients were all combinations that I had never tasted before, from appetizers to main dishes, and the rich desserts were all delicious, with all four of us exclaiming 'delicious' repeatedly. We were able to create good memories.
I am happy to be able to enjoy freshly slaughtered chicken as it is. The raw platter has no unnecessary seasoning, allowing the deliciousness of the meat to come through clearly. The grilled items are fun to cook at the table, and you can adjust the flavor to your liking with salt or sauce. The broth-based hot pot is also delicious, and you can be satisfied all the way to the last rice porridge. You can compare different cuts and types, and the differences in texture are clearly noticeable. When dining in the restaurant, a reservation is required, and you can fully appreciate the unique qualities of a butcher shop.

It was a colorful meal with a little bit of everything, well seasoned and delicious. The tempura was wonderfully crunchy!
I also bought the dressing for carpaccio because it was so good.
However, it would have been better if there was a more relaxing atmosphere!
