This shop is located in a quiet place surrounded by nature, and I felt excited the moment I arrived. When I opened the door, I was greeted by a well-organized restaurant space, which immediately raised my expectations. The service was very attentive, and I was able to enjoy my time comfortably from start to finish. The dishes had interesting combinations of ingredients, and the Jerusalem artichoke soup, local chicken salad, and ricotta ravioli left a strong impression. In particular, the homemade venison prosciutto had a wonderful aroma and smoothness, pairing well with the glass of wine. The view from the window is beautiful, making it a lovely place to relax and enjoy while feeling connected to nature.

In a calming space that uses a traditional house, you press a bell at the entrance and take off your shoes before entering. Surrounded by the greenery of the garden, it feels like time flows slowly. A one-plate meal with a variety of side dishes served in small portions comes with brown rice, miso soup, and chawanmushi, all of which have gentle flavors. The vegetables, rice, miso, and pickles are all homemade, and you can also enjoy seasonal wild vegetables and terrace seating, leaving you with a very fulfilled feeling.

There are many customers, and it is lively from the moment you enter. The thickly sliced tongue has a very good texture, and the more you chew, the more flavor you feel. The skirt steak is also tender, and the deliciousness spreads in your mouth. The offal has a rich sweetness from the fat, and the grilled finish is excellent. I also really liked the dish of udon, cabbage, and offal stir-fried in a garlic-flavored sauce. Overall, the level is high, and the satisfaction lasts throughout.
