When you enter the restaurant, the air of Southeast Asia feels light and the atmosphere is very pleasant. The beef pho soup is clear, with a mellow flavor from the beef and chicken broth. It has a hint of spice that pairs well with bean sprouts, onions, green onions, and plenty of beef. The noodles are smooth and easy to swallow, making it enjoyable to eat until the end without getting tired of it. The banh xeo is served by wrapping the filling in lettuce and dipping it in sauce, creating a light and addictive flavor. The fresh spring rolls and fried spring rolls also pair well with chili sauce, and overall, it has an authentic feel that is satisfying.
The wait staff served us well, and the price per serving seemed high, but when the product arrived, the quantity was large and the price was reasonable.
I am satisfied with both the cost and the content.
