The combination of the tender lamb and the short pasta was excellent, and as a lamb lover, I fell in love with it immediately. The staff were all very kind, and it is a very comfortable place. The taste is, of course, wonderful for both lunch and dinner, so I highly recommend it to everyone. I went with a close colleague from work. I ordered a peach and plum syrup soda and a meat sauce doria. The salad was plentiful and the dressing was delicious. The chef worked at Acqua, then went to Italy and trained at starred restaurants throughout Italy, returning to Japan to work at TACUBO. The restaurant is well-balanced and has a great atmosphere. Next month, he will open a sister restaurant, Crazy Pizza, in Kagurazaka.
