The restaurant staff was very friendly, courteous, and comfortable, although most of the customers were locals, probably due to the situation. You'll have to wait in line 😆 Himi Niboshi Ramen 800 yen! The ramen appeared without any ingredients on it first. The aroma of niboshi (dried sardines) is irresistible 😆. The ingredients arrived shortly after! Aromatic and moderately sweet flavor explosion soup. The noodles are so soft and crunchy. This is delicious!
