In a shop located at the back of the roadside station, there is a display case filled with rare cuts of meat. You can choose the cuts and have them ordered and cut to your liking, allowing you to fully enjoy the difference between lean and marbled meat. Sashimi, tataki, and yukhoe are also available, and all of them were delicious. The steak has a good balance of fat and lean meat, making it interesting to compare. The appetizers, soup, and salad in the course are made with fresh vegetables, and the presentation is enjoyable to look at. Desserts and coffee are also included, and my family was very pleased.
