Revisit.
Pizza is as good as ever!
Good to eat with a large group of people!
----------------
When it comes to pizza, in Yamaguchi, it's Paysan! So I went there with high expectations.
I went to 、、、、、. I was not surprised.
First of all, the seats are too small, too crowded, right? Can't eat slowly...
And it's too expensive. !!!! What's with the price...and the pizza...what? I'm sorry....
The taste is usually good, but there is no atmosphere at all. It's too crowded.
The waitresses have a big attitude. If you don't like it, go somewhere else. It's amazing (laugh).
I wonder why they have such a big attitude when they become popular in the countryside.
In Tokyo, there are many rivals, so there is friendly competition. But in the countryside, it's not like that.
I am hesitant to recommend it to others.
But other people's reviews are very high. So maybe I'm wrong, but..,
Update 11/05/2012
I went with an acquaintance again. The service was totally different.
Yes, it is. It's the people. The service varied from person to person. That is what happened.
I don't know if it was good or bad for me personally, but we changed the point.
The person who responded last time was not there.
The person who responded this time was very good to me personally.
Well, it's been a long time since I've had such a different impression of a restaurant!
It is located in a place with a great view, and the scenery is very beautiful, which lifts my spirits. The private rooms are the main focus, allowing for a calm dining experience, and the sunken kotatsu is comfortable. Each dish is prepared with care, and I can enjoy the aroma and texture, which makes me satisfied. The tableware is also stylish, and it excites me just by looking at it. The selection of drinks includes wine, shochu, and sake, and I am happy to encounter a drink that is not on the menu. I can adjust the lighting myself, and if I have any concerns, I can consult with the staff, who are considerate, allowing me to spend a relaxing time.

Yamaguchi's Famous Restaurants
I eat and walk around quite a bit. Yamaguchi is my hometown, but I am sure that it is quite low compared to the level of restaurants in Tokyo, Fukuoka, and the rest of the country.
I am sure that the level of restaurants in Yamaguchi is quite low compared to those in Tokyo, Fukuoka, and the rest of Japan. However, there are a few restaurants that shine and that can be proud of their reputation throughout the country.
Even if the service and atmosphere are a little inferior, the passion and love for food is at a perverse level!
The cost performance is also astonishing.
If you like to drink, this is definitely a place you should visit.
Reservations are somewhat difficult to make, so the rule is that it is best to go through an acquaintance.
There are 6 seats and only one rotation. Considering the restaurant, I would recommend visiting with more than 4 people.
I go back to Yamaguchi regularly, and this one has become a certified restaurant that I visit regularly. Seriously!
