Yushin Sikdang

A special sauce recipe passed down for three generations, made by boiling over 20 ingredients to create a deep flavor when applied and grilled.

First, grill it lightly and then grill it again at the table for the second round. It is less greasy than seasoned grilled dishes and has a savory and nutty flavor.

Made with domestic Jeju and Gangwon-do mountain vegetables, coated with a special sauce that eliminates the bitter taste and gives a slightly spicy and exquisite flavor.

The broth is made with saury soup base, boiled and ground eel, and simmered with shredded vegetables to create a rich and hearty special nourishing dish. The broth is thick and not clear.
