This is a local sake from Akita, pronounced [Amanoto Umashine]. It has a wonderful aroma, is fruity, sweet, and easy to drink, making it recommended for women and those who usually do not drink sake.
This is a 'hiyama' sake made from 100% Hachioji-produced sake rice and Hachioji Takatsuki clear stream rice 'Kinu Hikari'. 'Hiyama' refers to sake that has been aged in a brewery that has survived the summer at a constant temperature. This is a limited quantity sake that has been carefully stored in the brewery.
