The interior is lined with photos of motorcycles, and the menu features names of bikes that excite me. The tantanmen has a rich miso flavor and minced meat that pairs well with the thin noodles. You can choose the level of spiciness, and even the numbing spiciness is pleasantly enjoyable. The marinated egg has a soft yolk, and the flavor is well-infused throughout, which is satisfying. The garlic chives and liver dish is carefully prepared, and the soy sauce gives it a light aftertaste. The offal stew is also well-cooked, making it hard to stop eating.
