You can choose the level of spiciness, and even the numbing spiciness is pleasantly enjoyable. The marinated egg has a soft yolk, and the flavor is well-infused throughout, which is satisfying. The garlic chives and liver dish is carefully prepared, and the soy sauce gives it a light aftertaste. The offal stew is also well-cooked, making it hard to stop eating.
