Shunpanro Abeno Harukas Dining is a rare establishment where you can enjoy the traditions of the original Shimonoseki location, known as the first licensed fugu restaurant. In addition to authentic fugu dishes, you can also savor expertly crafted shirako (cod milt) dishes.
