When I made a reservation and visited, the skill level was evident from the very first appetizer. Each dish presented an unexpected combination, and I was surprised every time, thinking, 'So this is how it comes!' The confit of sweetfish and the uruka risotto were richly aromatic, leaving me in a happy mood even after the meal. The outside of the steak tartare was fragrant, while the inside was juicy, making me smile involuntarily. The pairings with wine and sake were also thoughtful, enhancing the appeal of the dishes with each sip. It was creative yet not heavy, and I was completely satisfied as I finished every last bite.
