When I ordered the assortment of fermented dishes, the colorful small bowls lined up, and just the sight of them was exciting. The brown rice, rich in enzymes, was fluffy, and its gentle sweetness spread with each bite. The vegetables, grown without pesticides, were crisp, and I could feel the strength of the ingredients themselves. The homemade koji and soy sauce enhanced each flavor, and I was amazed by the depth of the layered tastes. A gentle atmosphere flowed through the restaurant, and I was happy to spend a relaxed time there. The gluten-free sweets were moist and smooth, and the happiness continued until the last bite.
