Throughout the year, you can enjoy oden with a rich dashi, which is especially comforting during the cold season. The daikon and tofu absorb the umami well, and the balance of mustard is just right. The beef skewers and grilled chicken thighs release more flavor with each bite, and you can savor them while they are still hot. The sashimi is of good quality, and the sizes of the horse mackerel, fried oysters, and fried shrimp are satisfying. The interior, lined with lanterns, has a nostalgic atmosphere, and there is a spacious area where you can relax. When you express your preferences, they adjust the flavors accordingly, allowing you to enjoy a warm cup of dashi that brings out the umami of the chicken, and the conversations with regular customers are pleasant.
