The sweetness gently envelops the tongue, and the soft aftertaste provides a wonderfully gentle drinking experience. It has the same specifications as the 'Mori no Kura Junmai Ginjo Yamada Nishiki' but uses a different sake rice. Comparing the two is also quite enjoyable!♪
The top choice for delicious Junmai Ginjo when warmed! The clarity of Junmai Ginjo, the sweetness of Yamada Nishiki, and the smoothness from aging all come together beautifully. The care taken to prevent over-aging by nitrogen filling during maturation in the tank is reflected in the quality of the sake!
A top recommendation from the brewery! As advertised, 'This sake brewed with organic Yamada Nishiki is unmatched!' There are not many sakes that allow you to feel the richness of the rice like this one. Definitely try it warm.
