The view from the large window is pleasant, allowing for a relaxing time while looking at the Tama River. The appetizer, roasted chicken, is moist and the flavors of the vegetables are vibrant. The grilled white fish is fluffy and pairs well with the richness of the tomatoes. The meat dishes have a wonderful aroma and a strong umami flavor, which is satisfying. The dessert is beautifully colorful, and I was delighted to see plenty of strawberries. The service is attentive, and you can enjoy a comfortable time in a calm atmosphere.

Tokyu Hotels has taken in the food culture of Toyama, Kanazawa, and Matsue, which are located on the Sea of Japan coast. Inspired by fermented foods, which are believed to be good for one's health, Chef Hideki Tajima has created a French course from his own unique perspective. Tajima's unique perspective, and made it into a French course.
