After -> Before. (Eat first, shoot later style) The season's regular expedition for biryani. Under the eastern sky in Oshiage, Tokyo, a 50-year-old old house is the setting for tonight's dinner. September's biryani was shirasu (baby sardines). Everything was so delicious that I felt like I was going to burst. My personal number one is the conger eel fritters✨ with cumin foam on top.
