The French-based cuisine and the wine matched by the sommelier are said to be exquisite. You can go directly from the station, making access very easy. The stylish interior on the upper floors excites you with the urban view spreading out from the window. The creative Chinese cuisine, based on Cantonese flavors and incorporating Japanese and Asian elements, has a high level of perfection in every dish. Smaller dishes come out one after another, and the beauty of the presentation makes the course itself enjoyable like entertainment. The shark fin clay pot rice and dan dan noodles were particularly memorable, and the grilled chicken wings wrapped in foie gras were crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, which was the best. The explanations of the dishes and drinks were thorough and easy to understand, allowing us to relax and enjoy our time.
