At a restaurant specializing in yakiniku (grilled Japanese beef), where beef tongue is a specialty, I ordered the Thick Negi Top Tongue Salt. The thick beef tongue is topped with a generous amount of chopped green onions. The beef tongue was thick but tender and very plump. The green onions were seasoned and went well with the meat. It was hearty and filling. I finished it in no time.
