The dishes are prepared with a focus on the natural flavors of locally grown organic vegetables. By avoiding white sugar and animal-based ingredients, the recipes are plant-based, resulting in meals that are gentle on the body. The menu is rich in consideration for allergies and dietary preferences. Daily specials highlight seasonal vegetables, achieving a balance between health and deliciousness.

The interior, which makes extensive use of wood and features high ceilings, creates a sense of openness, providing a calm space where one can spend a peaceful time. Ample natural light pours in through the large windows, allowing guests to enjoy meals while gazing at the changing scenery of the seasons. The design is also safe and accommodating for families. In front of the store, there is a spacious wooden deck, making outdoor dining possible on sunny days.
