We offer more than 20 types of sake at all times. We change the brand each time a bottle is emptied. We also have seasonal sake and rare sake that is not commonly available in Tokyo, so enjoy the unique selection that you can only find that day! *The following is an example of our seasonal sake menu.
Of course, we are particular about our heated sake! We offer various temperatures such as 'Hinata Kan' at about 30°C, 'Hito Hada' at 35°C, 'Nuru Kan' at 40°C, 'Jo Kan' at 45°C, 'Atsu Kan' at 50°C, and 'Tobikiri Kan' at over 55°C, all tailored to your preference and the type of sake. We also recommend sake for 'Do Kan' at over 75°C and 'Kan Samashi' which is warmed and then cooled! Please feel free to ask us.
