4.1

This is a small shop close to the station, with a calm atmosphere. The interior is well-maintained, and you can relax in the sunken kotatsu seating or at the counter. There is a rich variety of seasonal dishes, and you can feel the careful preparation in every ingredient, making them delicious. In particular, the texture of the appetizers and sashimi was excellent, and the grilled bamboo shoots left a strong impression. The simmered sea bream head had a perfect balance of sweet and savory, and the shrimp fritters were fluffy and outstanding. The selection of sake is also tailored for connoisseurs, allowing you to enjoy the pairing with the dishes.
