Alcohol content 5 degrees
A classic from Tamano Hikari Sake Brewery in Kyoto! A sharp flavor with a balanced umami and acidity of rice. It does not overpower the dish but rather enhances the flavors of the food, making it the perfect sake for pairing with meals. Medium dry, alcohol content 15 degrees.
Yamagata Kojima Sohonten rich sweet sake with an alcohol content of 16 degrees is recommended.

As the name suggests, this sake from Niigata, produced by Shirataki Brewery, harmonizes with everything and smoothly goes down the throat. The aim was to create a simple and pure sake. It is slightly dry with an alcohol content of 14 to 15 percent.
Oita Prefecture Nikkaido Brewery selected carefully chosen barley and barley koji, made only with pure water. This shochu, made with 100% barley for both ingredients and koji, was the first attempt in Japan. Through reduced pressure distillation, the unique characteristics of the shochu were suppressed, fully bringing out the sweetness of the barley.
Kurokirishima, an authentic sweet potato shochu, was first released by Kirishima Shuzo in Miyazaki Prefecture in the 5th year of Taisho, founded by Yoshisuke Enatsu. It inherits the roots of the black koji brewing method from the time of its establishment, characterized by a rich sweetness and a crisp finish.
A diverse flavor created from two types of sweet potatoes: Kagoshima Prefecture's Satsuma Ebisu-do Purple Sweet Potato (Murasaki Masari) and Kogane Sengan. By blending the original sake made from these two types of sweet potatoes, a genuine shochu with a sweet aroma was born. While retaining the traditional taste of shochu, a sweet fragrance wafts through. This shochu combines the gentle flavor of white koji and the robust flavor of black koji.
It features a gentle sweet aroma and a rounded smooth taste. The well-balanced flavor can be enjoyed not only as a highball but also on the rocks or with water.
