I used this restaurant on Christmas Eve with five friends. We asked for a banquet course, not a single dish, but there was no explanation about the course unless we asked whether it was all-you-can-eat or how the meat would be brought to us. We were told that the meat and other items in the course would be brought to us in order, but they brought them one after another even though there was no space to put them on the table, without regard to our eating speed, and they made us wait in front of the table as if they wanted us to make room even though there was no way to put them there. We had to eat without knowing what kind of meat it was because the table was overflowing with it. Although it was sticky snow, the parking lot was not plowed properly and it was hard to park in the rickety lot. The staff was not very friendly, and maybe I just happened to go to this kind of restaurant, but I will never go back to a restaurant that doesn't care about their customers so much.
