Cafe Kono-ya is a unique café themed around fermented foods, newly opened in Yoga. Within a calming Japanese modern interior, you can enjoy lunch and café time. The balance of flavors is excellent, and the fermented deli plate, in particular, is abundant in variety, offering a healthy yet delicious experience. Using homemade fermented condiments and carefully selected ingredients from Aomori, the dishes are designed to invigorate both the mind and body.
