The plate filled with vegetable-based fermented side dishes is carefully prepared and well-balanced overall. The salad uses a fermented dressing, and there is a sense of unity with the chilled tofu seasoned with salt koji, chicken ham, and multigrain rice. The coffee has a pleasant aroma and deep richness, with a gentle acidity that comes through afterward. The drink that combines hojicha with the scent of baked apple is also a great match and enjoyable. There are also apple pie and pound cake, making it a pleasant place to enjoy both meals and café time.
