The pork cutlet is slightly pink, and when you bite into it, it is tender and the sweetness of the fat spreads. It is a loin cut, but it is sliced in a way that makes it easy to eat, and I did not feel any toughness. You can enjoy the difference in flavor with salt, and matcha salt and rock salt bring out the umami of the meat well. The rice is cooked perfectly, and the bowl with plenty of ingredients has a comforting taste. I was also happy that when I asked at first, they increased the portions of rice and cabbage. They responded pleasantly to my request for extra mustard, and the service was calm and polite.
