A 'blissful dorayaki' made with a dough crafted with the artisan's dedication, generously combined with meringue, resulting in a fluffy finish. Each piece is carefully baked with the skilled technique of the artisan. It pairs perfectly with our homemade bean paste and subtly sweet cream.

A signature confection since the establishment. Its name is derived from the city emblem 'Wankun' of Maebashi City in Gunma Prefecture, embodying the wish to become a representative Japanese sweet of this region. The red bean paste made from Hokkaido adzuki beans and the fluffy dough are our pride.
