Kusaka Curry Main Store is a counter-only hidden restaurant located near the Shinsaibashi North Shopping Street. It features rich spices and a deep curry sauce, which pairs exceptionally well with cutlets and eggs. The curry sauce, made with care by the owner, is unforgettable once you taste it. We waited a little, but it was helpful to have chairs to sit on at the entrance. I was excited by the care taken to cut and fry the eggplant only after the order was placed. The combination of the freshly fried, creamy eggplant and the fragrant curry sauce is outstanding. The rice sautéed in garlic butter is aromatic, and I couldn't stop using my spoon. It's fun to be able to freely combine toppings to create a dish to my liking. The smart service, which even considered the timing of the food delivery, allowed me to enjoy my meal pleasantly until the end.
